Walking through the gently waving grasses and smiling pink blossoms, my boys and I came across this view as the sun was climbing into the sky. This special painting’s proceeds go 100% to our local Children’s Shelter in town.

Did you know there are over 1500 children in foster care system in South Carolina alone? In my graduate school years I provided counseling for some of the children placed in our Children’s shelter. Until that moment I had no clue the expense and manpower it takes to provide some kind of normalcy for them! I’m giving every bit of the purchase price you pay to take this colorful painting home to give back to our community’s kids in need.
